Good food, nice interior. Very inattentive service. At payment, did not even thank me as a guest. I was polite and everything. Working in hospitality, I know how the day can go and how everything can be annoying and the long hours... I know it all. But not to say thank you, even a forced one....
Stumbled upon this cafe while we were killing time waiting for our train from Termini. Waitresses were very helpful and kind. Coffee was great, and they had milk alternatives I.e. soya milk. We had the pistachio croissant which was delicious!
Great atmosphere in the evening and can get quite busy. Food was great and cocktails were good.
We had breakfast outside in a sunny day. Food and drinks were good, service too, nothing outstanding but does the job. The place is beautiful inside and outside too, the location (Piazza Dante) helps.
Luckily we stumbled across this restaurant on our last night in Rome. The restaurant was crowded, both inside and outdoors, but they found a table for us. The atmosphere was vabrant and joyfull. We shared a collection of antipasti and a bottle of wine, and everything tasted amazing. The service was fast and efficient. We can strongly recommend this place.
I went there for a quick drink during the afternoon, as it was recommended by our walking tour guide Kopal from Carpe Diem Tours. This is a very interesting place, with its Easter eggs. The atmosphere was very pleasant, where you could see plenty of people working in their premises. Good Aperol Spritz too, definitely recommend it.
The waitress with the dark brown curly hair served me. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Including helping turn my Italian from ‘absolutely awful’ to ‘still awful, just not tragic’.
Also the negroni and atmosphere are absolutely bomb.
The decoration inside Casa Dante is stunning, plenty of space to relax and have business lunch. There are a variety selection of food, price is decent, but the taste is OK, not the best. Especially the salad could do with a bigger portion and more ingredients.
